Food: 4.5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Experience: 4/5 This diner is beautiful inside and clean. The servers are very pleasant and quick. I ordered the Park Plaza. The portion sizes are quite large. The French toast was pillowy soft and well cooked. I would come back again as the diner food was good.

Get ready to enjoy this great American delight! I went in for breakfast after a busy start to my morning. I was greeted with warmth and an exquisite ambiance. The server was extremely courteous and professional. Not to mention, my order was cooked to perfection. I ordered the Brisket Hash w/eggs and a short stack on the side. Needless to say, I was in for a feast. The portion size was definitely generous. Enough to fulfill the huge appetite i wanted to satisfy. The experience was pleasurable and relaxing. I'd say there's nothing better than eating a great meal with joy and peace. Park Plaza restaurant to offer just that and then some! Now, I did read some of the reviews. One that stood out was a mention of the food not being seasoned. My experience this morning (April 30, 2023) was of the contrary. Keeping in mind as with many of the great dining establishments across New York City. Many of them do their absolute best, to prepare a "hearty" menu that can consumed by the majority. As a result, a dish may indeed lack seasoning. However, the chefs at Park Plaza seem poised to fulfill the orders exactly as they are given. To meet the needs of the customer on a "case by case" basis.

Park Plaza restaurant is akin to going over to nana's for that comforting meal that warms your stomach and soul. Featuring a large diverse menu, it is hard to choose what you want to eat. The service is fast and like friends are having you over, welcoming you into a great space (especially the side room which is great for groups). We have never been rushed at Park Plaza, where they have a great brunch with plenty of food that puts you in a food coma afterward. The manager will come by and chat with you for a while, and the coffee and tea are never empty while you're there. A great place to go for weekend brunch or for a falling lunch or dinner, right by the Brooklyn Bridge and in the DUMBO area that you can explore after your meal.

Stumbled across this diner after walking the Brooklyn Bridge, checked out the menu and there was a great selection + the price was right. The moment we entered staff was super friendly and appreciative of us choosing to dine with them. Lots of options and great cozy diner environment. Food was delicious! And the staff was very attentive. Owner was the kindest man and I especially loved this sign. Spread more kindness and give businesses who show their gratitude to their customers way more support! Totally deserved

Amazing vegan quesadillas. Took one star off because they aren't consistent-sometimes too spicy to eat but most times absolutely delicious!

We order from here often. My favorite is the roast turkey club sandwich with homemade fries. The turkey is great, the bacon is hot and not greasy, lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. The bread was lightly toasted with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The fries were golden brown. Get a side of honey mustard to drip that sandwich in. You will thank you later. The food is always hot and the service is always quick. Their breakfast is also good. The omelets and eggs benedict are usually my go to. The pancakes and french toast are also very good. The only down fall is that they are no longer opened 24 hours. The place is nice and clean and the staff is always very helpful. If you're looking for quick diner food, this is the place to order from.

Park Plaza Restaurant never disappoints me. Eggs Benedict with lox never disappoints. Within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge, family owned and operated, great menu selections, engaging customer services, warm coffee, and that outdoor seating to soak up some fresh air and sunlight. Brunch menu available, Pick up and delivery options also available
